Stephen was a UX lead on One Net, designing management portal for convergent fixed and mobile communications. He worked with a team of designers, technical and business stakeholders to design user centric and simple interfaces for a complicated PBX back-end unified communications system.
OneNet is a PBX solution aimed at businesses from SMEs to Corporates, allowing them to manage their entire phone/terminal portfolio and settings (eg Hunt Groups, Call Forwarding, Call Queuing, Call Screening, Manager/Secretary, Auto Attendant etc) through an online portal.
Key skills used on project: Interaction Design (IxDA), Information Architecture, Stakeholder management, UX Design, UX Strategy.
